Chick Peas: There are two types of chickpeas produced globally, namely desi and kabuli chickpeas.
Our Kabuli chickpeas have a purity of at least 98.5%, with a size range of 5 to 7 mm. They retain their natural color and appearance. The percentage of split, damaged, or broken chickpeas is kept to a maximum of 2%, while the moisture content is between 10.6% and 13%. Foreign matter is limited to 0.5% to 1%, and the product is free from weevils, weevil holes, and insects.
