The white bean (like the kidney bean) is part of the large family of legumes. Originating mainly from Ethiopia, it deserves a special place in your diet.
This product, which is the smallest member of the bean group, draws attention with its unique flavor. Its homeland is Ethiopia, a bean variety. In our facilities, it becomes ready by going through the processes of sorting, stone separation, light grain sieving and color separation.
Beans are an excellent source of fiber, with 5 to 9 grams per ½ cup, helping with digestion, fullness, and heart health. Navy beans have the highest fiber content at 9 ½ grams per ½ cup. They also provide 7 to 9 grams of plant-based protein per serving, offering protein benefits without the saturated fats found in animal proteins. Beans are rich in essential micronutrients like zinc, iron, magnesium, and antioxidants, which reduce the risk of heart disease and cancer. White beans specifically are a good source of vitamin B9, potassium, and magnesium, supporting cell renewal, muscle function, and overall energy.
